1. General terms
1.1 Online shopping takes place according to Estonian legislation and regulations. The delivery terms apply to all orders within European Union.
1.2 The conditions apply to the legal relationships that arise between the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and DiscSport LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) as the owner of the shopping environment located on the website www.discsporteurope.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) when Products are bought from the online store. In addition to these conditions, the legal relationships that arise when Products are bought from the Online Store are also regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

2. Colour options, product pictures and stamp colours
2.1 We strive to always deliver the certain products in the specific colour and/or weight that they are ordered in. In case a certain product is out of stock we notify the customer of this by telephone or e-mail. The colours, dyes and stamps of ordered products may differ from the examples on our website. This should be kept in mind especially with dyed discs as all of them are individually dyed and the results may vary. The ”colour preference” option on product pages does not bind DiscSport Europe to deliver the exact colour as ordered.
2.2 The ”colour preference” acts as a guideline which we strive to deliver if we have it in stock. If a particular colour is out of stock we deliver the product in a similar colour as possible. If the customer absolutely requires that an ordered item comes with a certain colour and there is only a colour preference-option on the product page of the particular product, this request must be added as an additional comment field when ordering. The best practice is to give 2-3 different colour options that are OK by the customer. In case there are none of the requested colours available, we always contact the customer via email or by telephone before shipping the order.
2.3 The product pictures used at DiscSport Europe are always for illustrative purposes only and the actual products don’t necessarily look the same as the product pictures. The stamps and the stamp colours of the discs will vary unless stated otherwise in the product description. If you’re interested in a certain stamp or stamp colour, please contact our customer service before placing your order and ask for availability.
3. Making a purchase
3.1. The Customer selects the desired Product and also colour/weight (if available) from the Online Store and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking on the button “ADD TO CART”.
3.2. To place the order, the Customer must click on the button “SHOW CART”, after which the Customer is forwarded to the order placement page. After entering the required data Customer must click on the button "CHECK OUT NOW", the Customer will pay for the product through an internet bank link and confirm the order by clicking on the button “Return to Merchant”.
3.3. When the Customer has paid for the Product, the Online Store will send a confirmation to the Customer’s e-mail address.
3.4. The Customer is obligated to provide necessary and correct information when the order is placed.
3.5. The Seller takes no responsibility for not being able to execute the order or any consequences that arise due to incorrect information given by the Customer during the placement of the order.
3.6. The Seller has the right to refuse to fill the order if there is a doubt the data presented to the Seller is incorrect or if the conduct is not in accordance with good practice.
3.7 Order pickup is possible from our brick stores in Estonia. Otherwise, you can find the available shipping methods from here.
4. DiscSport Europe loyalty program in the online shop
4.1. Loyal customers who have registered and logged in earn 5% bonus money from their purchase price after completing the purchase.
4.2. Bonus money that has been accrued can be used to get a discount on the next purchase.
4.3. Bonus money can be earned and used with products sold for full price.
4.4. Bonus money is not earned from transportation costs.
4.5. Bonus money accrued within one calendar year will expire on the same day of the next calendar year.
4.6. When an order is cancelled, the customer will be refunded the bonus money used when placing the order and the seller will be refunded the bonus money the customer earned with this order. If there is not enough bonus money on the customer’s account, the balance of the bonus money will become negative.
4.7. If the customer has paid for transport and not all of the transportation costs are refundable, the amount paid for transportation will be first deduced from the bonus money used and only then, if necessary, will it be deduced from the sum actually paid.
4.8. Bonus money will be transferred to customers account right after the order has been shipped.
5. Delivery time
5.1 The delivery time to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland for products in stock is 2-3 business days. Other locations may vary from 4-7 business days. For some more remote locations shipping may take up to 10 business days. The delivery may take longer in times of congestion.
6. Pricing, currency & taxes
6.1 All prices are indicated in euros and they include VAT. The available payment methods are credit card Visa and Mastercard. Cash on Delivery - option is only available inside Estonia. More information about payment methods here.
7. Shipping methods
7.1 Shipping and handling fees will be added to shipped orders. The fees for other than golf discs orders are determined by the current fees of freight provider. Cash on delivery orders (only available inside Estonia) will be charged according to current fees of freight provider at the time of shipping. The delivery method for orders over 20 kg in weight will be determined separately. We will contact the customer by telephone in these cases.
8.1 The customer has the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving the product. All returns must be first discussed with our customer service via telephone or email. If the returning of the goods does not result from a manufacturing flaw or a mistake by DiscSport Europe, the client will be subject to cover the original shipping costs & return fee (up to 19,90€ depending on the location). Approved returns will be either refunded to the customer directly to the customer’s bank account or in some other way agreed by both the customer and DiscSport Europe.
8.2 The customer has the right to exchange the purchased product to another product with the same price within 14 days of receiving the product. If the exchange is not caused by product flaw or mistake in shipping, the customer is subject to pay a return fee (up to 19,90€ depending on the location). Flawed products and mistakes in shipping are always covered with no extra shipping cost to the customer.
9. Data collection
10.2. The contract of sale between the Seller and Customer enters into force after the purchase price is transferred to the Seller’s bank account.
10.4. The Seller has the right to disclaim the execution of the order when the displayed price in the Online Store is incorrect due to a technical error.
11. Other conditions
11.1. Any disputes between the Customer and the Seller shall be solved by negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the Customer has the right to turn to the Pärnu County Court, Consumer Protection Board and/or Consumer Claims Commission to defend their rights.
